Animal Bite Report

It is important that if you or a family member has been bitten by an animal or if you're Pet has bitten someone, the animal be quarantined for 10 days. ACCT will do this at its Operations Center at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue. It is important you fill out an animal bite case report at the time of the bite. To report the incident to Disease Control, please complete the following form. For more information on animal bites, email safety@pspca.org.
