If you have lost an animal, please fill out the following form. If you'd like more information on lost animals, email lost@pspca.org. Don't forget to visit the ACCT Operations Center at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue and the PSPCA Philadelphia Adoption Center at 350 E. Erie Avenue to see if your animal is waiting for you.
