Animal Surrender
The ACCT Operations Center at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue is open for in person animal surrenders seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. All owner surrendered animal pick up requests should be for a confined or restrained animal. If you would like to arrange a pickup for a surrendered animal, complete the form below. If you'd like more information about surrendering an animal, email surrender@pspca.org.
