Report a Violation

To file an animal nuisance violation or complaint, please fill out the following form. For more information on violations, email citation@pspca.org. The address where the animal(s) is(are) located must be included for an ACCT officer to follow-up any violation. In order to properly follow up on all violations, you must include the address where the animals are located. If you do not know the violator's name, please type "unknown". Information is confidential and is only needed for follow-up by an animal control officer.
