Roland Kassis

Roland Kassis, the founder of Kassis Ventures, builds residential projects throughout Northern Liberties and Fishtown, home to the PSPCA’s Fishtown Satellite Center. Kassis is the largest commercial property holder along the Frankford Avenue and Front Street corridor.  In the last four years, he has built out the spaces now known as Frankford Hall, Fette Sau, and La Colombe’s flagship store. An animal lover and advocate, Roland and his dog, Gee, who recently passed, were a fixture throughout their Fishtown neighborhood.

Roland joined the board in 2015 and serves on the government funding and legislation committee.
