Want to see your pet on a PSPCA Animal Law Enforcement Vehicle?
We have two Animal Law Enforcement vehicles getting brand new wrap designs! Each vehicle features two special spots for animal photos, and we're giving our amazing supporters the chance to have their beloved pet featured. Purchase contest entries for your chance to see your furry friend riding along on life-saving rescue missions throughout the Pennsylvania SPCA service area. Your pet could become the face of animal protection and help inspire others to support our cause!

Contest Requirements
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older to enter
- Open to participants regardless of location (not restricted to PSPCA region)
How to Enter
- Online entries only
- All entries must include:
- Full name
- Valid phone number
- Valid email address
Entries missing either phone number or email address will not be considered.
Photo Options for Winners
Winners have three options for the car wrap photo:
Option 1: Submit Your Own Pet Photo
Only dogs and cats may be submitted. Photo must meet ALL of the following criteria:
Photo Specifications
- Single animal per photo - no multiple animals
- Front-facing pose - animal must be facing the camera
- Well-lit photo - clear lighting with good visibility of animal features
- High resolution - minimum 300 DPI
- See examples below
Option 2: Choose an Adoptable Animal
- Winners may select from our current adoptable animals
- The organization (PSPCA) will attain suitable photos of available animals
Option 3: Default Selection
- If no photo is submitted by the deadline, we will choose a current or former shelter animal for the car wrap
Submission Timeline
- Winners have 2 weeks from the drawing date to submit their photo or make their selection
- Deadline: March 20, 2026

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Winner Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to winner notification
- Submit a qualifying photo, choose an adoptable animal, or allow default selection within the 2-week deadline (March 20, 2026)
- If submitting your own pet photo, ensure it meets all specified requirements

Entry & Eligibility Questions:
Do I need to live in Pennsylvania to participate?
No! Our community of supporters spreads far and wide. We welcome entrants from anywhere!
What if I don't have a pet - can I still enter?
Yes! You can choose from one of our adorable adoptable animals to fill the spot!
Can I enter for someone else (like a family member)?
Yes! We think this would make a wonderful gift! Please make sure you have access to appropriate photos of their pet, should you win. (See Photo Specifications above)
How many total spots are available?
There are 4 open spots. We have two vehicles, and there are two available spaces on each vehicle.
Are the drawings random or judged?
The drawings will be randomized. We will enter all names into an online generator that will randomly select four winners.
Can the same person win multiple spots?
No, each household can only win one spot. However, you can buy unlimited entries to increase your chances of winning!
Photo & Winner Questions:
What if my pet doesn't fit the photo requirements (not a dog or cat)?
Unfortunately, we can only accept the specified species for this contest. If you still would like to participate, you can choose one of our adorable adoptables to fill the spot!
Can I submit multiple photos and let you choose?
Yes, you can submit up to three photo options.
What happens if I win but change my mind?
Just let us know, and we will choose one of our adorable adoptables to fill the spot.
How will you contact me if I win?
We will contact all winners on March 6th via email and phone, which are required for entry.
When will the car wraps be completed?
The cars will be going to Brands Imaging for wraps in April 2026.
Will I get to see the final design before it goes on the vehicle?
The winners will be kept up to date throughout the wrapping process. After the vehicles have been wrapped, we will share the final look on our social media channels. We will also reach out to winners with additional photos of their pets on the wrap to share with family and friends.

How do I see your adoptable animals?

Can I meet the animal I choose before the wrap is made?
If you are local and would like to visit the shelter, we would welcome you to stop by and meet all of our available pets!
What if the animal gets adopted before the wrap is completed?
As we always say: once a PSPCA animal, always a PSPCA animal! Their adoption only makes their photo feature sweeter!
Payment & Technical Questions:
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, GooglePay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. Our payment processor, Blackbaud, adheres to the strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA DSS).
Can I get a receipt for my entry?
- You should automatically receive an email confirmation and receipt for your entry. Allow a few minutes for delivery, and check your junk mail if it doesn't appear. If you haven't received it yet, please contact us at development@pspca.org.
