
Julie Appolloni March serves as Chief of Staff, where she partners with the CEO, senior leadership, and Development team to strengthen organizational effectiveness, foster cross-team collaboration, and advance mission-critical initiatives. With more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Julie has held executive roles in advancement, strategy, and organizational planning. She previously served as Deputy Director of Development at the Alliance for Decision Education and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at The Franklin Institute, and has provided consulting and interim leadership to organizations including The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia, ACCT Philly, and Venture for America. Earlier in her career, she also held leadership positions at the American Red Cross and several higher education institutions. Julie holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and certifications in Strategic Leadership and Project Management from Penn State. Julie lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with her family and their beloved dog, Charlie.
