BREAKING: The Pennsylvania SPCA rescued 55 dogs and puppies from a property in Lancaster County yesterday over concerns for the welfare of animals.
Our Humane Law Enforcement Officers removed 22 Cane Corsos, 16 French Bulldogs, 13 Border Collies, 3 Pomskis and 1 Doberman Pinscher due to concerns for the unsanitary conditions of the property and the untreated medical conditions of the animals.
It is September and our medical funds are nearly depleted due to the large number of animals we've treated this year.
