Julie Klim became the PSPCA’s CEO in August of 2016. Julie had joined the Board of Directors in 2014 and became the Finance Chair in 2016. Julie was also a member of the development, humane education & legislation committees. She is an executive, entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years experience in the biopharmaceutical, private equity and non-profit sectors. Julie’s specialties include: operational/financial management and leadership; deal valuation, negotiation, and contract execution; forming strategic alliances; business development and licensing; and fundraising.
As an independent consultant, Julie provided strategic, financial and operational consulting services to both non-profit and for-profit clients. Previously, she was Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Business Development at BIO Ventures for Global Health in Washington, D.C.
Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting at Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Contact: jklim@pspca.org
