Michelle McCool, PHR joined the PSPCA in January of 2014 as the Director of Human Resources. Michelle will strategically run all aspects of the Human Resources department in correlation to the organization’s goals and values. Michelle previously worked as Director of Human resources for a credit control organization with 4 offices nationally. She has extensive experience in recruitment, training, and retention of employees and managing employee benefits programs. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and holds a PHR certificate in Human Resources. Michelle has three young children and enjoys running for local charity events.
