Spaying (for females) or neutering (for males) not only prevents your cat or dog from producing unwanted litters, it can help reduce unwanted behaviors and health risks, such as:

- Reduce wandering and escaping
- Increase lifespan
We offer Spay and Neuter surgeries by appointment only, with the convenience of a same-day procedure. Our board-certified veterinarian and experienced team provide compassionate care and comfort for your pet during their surgery.
Check-in time for all surgery patients is between 7:30am-8:30am. Due to our strict schedule, your pet may not be admitted if you arrive after 8:30am. Expect to spend between 15-30 minutes for the admission process. Cats will be ready for pick up between 3:30pm-4:30pm and dogs will be ready between 4:30pm-5:30pm.

Lancaster patients: Medical services including Spay/Neuter and TNR at the PSPCA Lancaster Center are not available at this time. We are hoping to resume these soon. Check back for updates.

- CATS

- DOGS
- Check-in: 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
- Pick-up: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
- Dogs must be on a leash.
- Animals should not eat or drink after midnight the day before surgery.
- Payment is due at time of check-in.
- We use dissoluble sutures (stitches), so a follow-up visit for suture removal is NOT necessary, unless otherwise noted by your veterinarian.
